What You'll Do

As a Subject Support Manager - Languages, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to a range of email and telephone enquiries from schools and education centers.
  • Detecting and addressing any issues that may affect our customers' ability to deliver our specifications.
  • Working closely with Product Management to provide invaluable insight about how the specifications are delivered in the classroom and what matters most to teachers.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with our teaching community to support enquiries around our specifications and assessments.
  • Providing expert guidance and advice to teachers and education centers on our Languages specifications.

Salary: £41,684 - £47,436 per annum, depending on location.
