Culinary Sales Associate Role Overview
Cozymeal, Inc. is a leading global marketplace for culinary experiences and products, offering top-rated cooking classes, private chef services, and more. As a Culinary Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in discovering new ways to connect with customers through various culinary experiences. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a 100% remote team and work with a dynamic organization that strives to curate the best culinary experiences and products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead inbound and outbound sales initiatives to drive business growth
• Follow up with client inquiries in a timely manner, both via email and phone, to ensure exceptional customer service
• Continuously work to improve the sales process and offerings on Cozymeal, Inc.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in culinary (food & beverage) sales
• 4+ years of phone sales experience
• Efficient time management and ability to work free of distractions in a home office environment
• Ability to work 8 hours/day during weekdays (Monday - Friday)
• Experience handling a high volume of leads via phone and email
• CRM experience (Salesforce, Zendesk)
• Proficient in Google Suite and Excel
