Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement maintenance strategies that improve plant reliability and reduce costs.
- Work safely in a variety of environments, including cold storage facilities and at heights, while adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of automation and PLC systems to support equipment maintenance and upgrades.
- Electrically qualified NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with mechanical experience.
- Experience working with automation and PLC systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and improve technical skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to site as required.
- Competitive salary up to £46,151.
