About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and adaptable executive assistant to support our founder and co-founder.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with a mix of administrative, personal, and professional skills.

You will be involved in managing daily operations, handling social media, managing personal tasks, and representing the founders as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

Manage calendars for the founder and co-founder, scheduling meetings, appointments, and calls.

Organise and coordinate diaries, data-entry, and travel arrangements (both domestic and international).

Handle and prioritise email correspondence, drafting responses when appropriate.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.

Attend and take minutes in meetings, following up on action items to ensure completion.

Handle ad hoc research or project management tasks to support business objectives.

Social Media & Communications

Assist with managing the founders' professional social media profiles including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience.

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the personal social media strategy aligns with the company's goals and vision.

Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and positive image of the founders and the company.

Personal Assistance

Manage personal errands for the founders such as diary management.

Assist with scheduling and coordinating personal appointments (medical, family, etc.).

Help organise and coordinate personal travel, vacations, or family events as needed.

Requirements:

Experience: Must be skilled and confident in data-entry, data-management, event management, phone etiquette, and time management skills.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior-level executives, clients, and partners.

Organisation: Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.

Proficient in MS Office Suite: Able to create and deliver presentations on behalf of the founders.

Adaptability: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Proactive: Must be a self-starter who can anticipate the founders' needs and act accordingly without constant direction. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to juggle both professional and personal tasks seamlessly.
