Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the management of the branch, including staff supervision and performance management
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Manage branch budgets and financial performance

Requirements:

Proven experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or sales environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
