Paraplanner Position Overview
CleverHR invites skilled professionals to fill the position of Homebased Financial Services Coordinator. Reporting to our advisory team, the successful applicant will perform pivotal tasks contributing to overall firm success. Strong analytical and technical skills are necessary, along with excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to establish rapport with both internal and external stakeholders. Daily activities might include generating complex financial analyses, researching products, developing relationship-building strategies, providing informed decisions, guiding consumers towards fitting alternatives, and maintaining substantial compliance standards.

Responsibilities
This home-based position involves several key duties, such as:
  • Calculations and case file preparation;
  • Risk assessment and solution discovery;
  • Recommendation generation;
  • Communication strategies development;
  • Maintaining up-to-date client data records.

Requirements
Key qualities required for the successful applicant include:
  • 5+ years' relevant experience in financial services industry;
  • Fluency in MS Office Suite software;
  • Demonstrable proficiency in financial models, forecasting techniques, market trends and macroeconomic indicators;
  • High level of organisational competence;
  • Collaborative mindset and understanding of confidentiality agreements;
  • Ability to achieve deadlines.

Benefits
The compensation package consists of an annual salary range of £35,000 - £55,000, comprising base pay, potential bonuses based on company performance, training budget, retirement plans, home equipment supply, extended vacation leaves and sick leave arrangements.
