As a Site Manager, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who are dedicated to making a positive difference. You will be responsible for managing budgets, staff, and facilities, and will have the chance to develop your skills and progress in your career.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage budgets and resources to deliver facilities management services
- Supervise and manage staff to ensure effective delivery of services
- Develop and implement maintenance and repair plans to ensure facilities are safe and secure
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Experience of total facilities management
- Experience of managing budgets and staff
- Experience of operating in a Prison or Military environment (desirable)
- Completed a recognised apprenticeship in a facilities / building services trade, or have two years of recognised experience
- IOSH Qualification (desirable)
- Good Health & Safety knowledge
- Excellent organisational, time management and people skills
