Key Responsibilities:

  2. Lead operational activities in evaluation and data, including planning and leading focus groups and analysing qualitative data.
  3. Work effectively in an environment of complex regulations and procedures, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and external funding requirements.
  4. Carry out a range of complex administration activities, including organising and supporting events, projects, and training, as well as committee servicing.
  5. Develop and maintain expertise in data software, including Excel and SPSS, to analyse quantitative data.
  6. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective evaluation strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Knowledge and experience of outreach programme evaluation.
  2. Experience of leading operational activities in evaluation and data, and/or acting as a point of escalation.
  3. Proficient in the use of data software to analyse quantitative data.
  4. Experience of planning and leading focus groups and analysing qualitative data.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
