Job Title: Senior Planning Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Officer to join our team at Falcon Green. As a key member of our site team, you will be responsible for delivering project planning, programming, and progress monitoring services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the site team to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide planning services on tenders and projects, including attending pre-contract meetings and explaining planning aspects of the contract.
  • Monitor and prepare progress reports on project programmes, maintaining look-ahead programmes and advising on implications to both clients and project teams.
  • Consider and discuss alternatives with project managers to ensure optimal project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of project planning experience with a main contractor.
  • Previous experience in data centre, life sciences, or mission critical projects is beneficial.
