**Job Title:** Business Leadership Manager

Kiehl's Deputy Store Manager is a pivotal role that plays a crucial part in driving business growth and excellence. If you're passionate about sales analysis, inventory management, and leading high-performing teams, this could be your dream job.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Motivate and lead the store team to achieve exceptional service standards and retail targets.
  • Promote skin care expertise and product knowledge to customers, building long-term relationships and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and Area Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement change.
  • Support the 'Kiehl's Gives' mission by contributing to local and global charity initiatives.

Training and Development:

  • A comprehensive induction program, including training with the Education Team, Store Manager, Area Manager, Education Mentor, and Peers.
  • Access to the Kiehl's Education Learning Journal and modules on Retail Skills and Skin Care.
  • A full training induction at our Hammersmith head office to ensure success.
