Job Title: Department Lead - Glasgow Fort Store

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (based on 39 hours per week)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Department Lead to join our team at H&M Glasgow Fort store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing a department to drive sales and profitability, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead with a vision to secure the best experience for all colleagues and customers
  • Evaluate team performance, provide regular feedback, and support succession through development and training
  • Analyse and follow up on sales & profit KPIs for your department
  • Ensure Health & Safety, legal, and security standards are met in accordance with H&M Group policies and local laws

Requirements:

  • Management experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Previous experience of leading and managing teams
  • A passion for profitability and people
  • A customer-first mindset
