The On-Trade Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our business development capabilities, focusing on securing new business opportunities for our premium portfolio and driving engagement in the on-trade sector.

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a skilled negotiator, a target-driven individual with expertise in winning new business, and a strong understanding of the RTM/Wholesale market. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to grow brands in premium groups and establish strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a leading recruitment partner to the FMCG and consumer product sectors, working closely with internal teams to ensure database alignment and maximize opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing compelling marketing and commercial tenders in partnership with relevant departments
  • Leveraging wholesale data to strengthen and expand brand presence
  • Monitoring and responding to changes in wholesale order performance
  • Cultivating engagement with high-end pubs, bars, restaurants, and hotels

The estimated annual salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000, plus travel allowance and bonus.
