Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Our client, a leading manufacturing firm, is seeking a proactive and safety-focused Maintenance Manager to lead their engineering team at their North Lincolnshire site. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager with a solid engineering background to promote a safety culture, drive team development, and improve asset reliability.

As Maintenance Manager, you will oversee a team of 4-5 Engineers, focusing on both technical and professional development. In addition to managing production assets, you'll be responsible for the upkeep of site buildings and infrastructure, making this a multifaceted and impactful role. You'll be instrumental in enhancing standardized ways of working, optimizing budgets, and ensuring asset reliability.

  • Team Development & Upskilling: Evaluate the current skills within the team, identify training needs, and implement upskilling initiatives to promote continuous growth.
  • Asset & Infrastructure Reliability: Develop and oversee maintenance strategies to improve the reliability of production assets while managing site buildings and infrastructure.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize the maintenance budget to control costs while meeting financial goals.
  • Standardization: Enhance and standardize maintenance practices to ensure a consistent and efficient approach to equipment and infrastructure care.
  • Experience: Proven track record in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment, with experience in team leadership and asset management.
