IT Support Specialist
====================

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at MARS Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide 2nd line technical support to clients across various technologies, including Windows, MS Server, and MS Office 365
* Troubleshoot desktop, telephony, network, and printing errors
* Investigate software issues and carry out daily checks
* Ensure compliance with Cyber Essential Plus and ISO 27001 policies
* Support and install hardware, software, and mobile devices
* Administer servers and gain insight into infrastructure-based technology

**Requirements:**

* Self-motivated and conscientious individual with excellent customer service skills
* Ability to liaise with clients at all levels of a business
* ITIL Foundation, Microsoft certifications, and CompTIA A+ are desirable
