About the Role: Technical Delivery Analyst

As a Technical Delivery Analyst, you will report to a Technical Delivery Lead and collaborate closely with the team to oversee large-scale infrastructure migrations, microservices platform development, and data platform construction. You'll work in close partnership with delivery teams, delivery managers, project managers, release management, and other stakeholders across the globe to ensure seamless software delivery to SS&C clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage infrastructure and platform-built projects, collaborating with the wider program team for demand and capacity planning.
  • Manage work allocation across the delivery team and conduct cross-team capacity planning.
  • Track, monitor, and report on allocated work and budgets, ensuring team forecasts and allocation reporting are kept up to date with project management offices (PMOs) and actively monitoring project actuals.
  • Manage external dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalations.
  • Manage Jira tasks, recording and reporting, including appropriate status updates.
  • Triage defect allocation.
  • Promote and support Agile practices within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile development life cycles.
  • Experience with project management, understanding the interdependencies of business processes and information systems, and demonstrating the ability to see the bigger picture.

Highly Desirable:

  • Relevant certifications in project management, such as Prince2 or PMP.
  • Agile certification.
  • Experience with Microservices and Cloud migration.
  • Experience managing and delivering large-scale infrastructure changes at an organizational level across global geographies.
