Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and committed individual to join our team as a Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Specialist. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for improving mental health outcomes and a willingness to learn new skills.

Main Duties:

  • Deliver high-quality evidence-based assessments and interventions to clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to guide treatment planning and intervention strategies.
  • Support community events to enhance outreach and engagement.
  • Promote the service, actively seeking opportunities to generate referrals and expand access to mental health support.
  • Provide risk support and management when necessary to clients.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
