Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Broomhill Park Service, a residential care facility in Aberdeen. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including personal care, medication management, and daily living activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met and their goals are achieved.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance your knowledge and skills, ensuring you remain up-to-date with best practices in social care.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting incidents as necessary.
