We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health's Bromley Fitness and Wellbeing Gym. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our club, ensuring that our members receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate our team to deliver excellent customer service and sales results
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym, including health and safety, maintenance, and facilities management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership growth and revenue
- Build strong relationships with our members, understanding their needs and preferences
- Conduct regular tours and inductions for new members, showcasing the benefits of our gym
