About the Role
Nuffield Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at our Bromley Fitness & Wellbeing Club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the club, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive member experience
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, including health and safety, maintenance, and facilities management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve member engagement
- Conduct tours and presentations to prospective new members, showcasing the benefits of our club
