The role of Workplace Experience Coordinator is a client-facing position that requires delivering 5-star customer experiences. You will be the first point of contact for clients and must demonstrate professionalism, ownership, and responsibility for attending to their needs on site.
This role involves coordinating front-of-house services and ensuring that clients' offices are fully compliant with Health & Safety and Environmental legislation. The primary focus is to support the Workplace Experience Manager and Client Lead in managing our office space and employee experience.

Your Responsibilities
* Coordinate front-of-house services to ensure a positive client experience
* Ensure client offices are fully compliant with Health & Safety and Environmental legislation
* Support the Workplace Experience Manager and Client Lead in managing our office space and employee experience
* Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver 5-star customer experiences
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., facilities management, business administration)
* Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
