The Professional services department at SF Recruitment is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to support our client's service department in Loughborough.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and dispatch orders for UK customers and the NHS.
  • Create orders and promptly send acknowledgments.
  • Manage invoices and address inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Work efficiently within a fast-paced office environment.
  • Maintain attention to detail and accuracy while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
