About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team at Forseven, a revolutionary company transforming the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices.

This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices near Leamington or Bicester, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of closure systems for our innovative vehicle models.
  • Responsible for Design for Manufacture and Assembly for responsible components, owning the closure systems and attribute delivery.
  • Report to Principal Project Engineers responsible for the relevant commodities, preparing full project documents.
  • Develop new techniques and/or improved processes, materials or products.
  • Engineering responsibility (including design and release) of full vehicle body systems: Closures, Panels, Glazing, Sealing.
  • Ensure responsible designs meet legal compliance.
Requirements
  • Strong and proven relevant experience required in closures.
  • Significant closure system knowledge and experience.
  • Automotive experience essential.
  • A 'can do' attitude and are always focused on achieving great results.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders & drive towards a common goal.
