About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Output Sports. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to promote Output Sports and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Nurture new leads and identify new business opportunities through daily business activities.
  • Travel within the territory to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets within your assigned account base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate product value and benefits to clients.
  • Stay informed about category-specific landscapes and trends.
Requirements
  • Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Sports & Exercise Science, Physiotherapy, or a related field.
  • Preferably based in Greater London Area.
  • Have a strong understanding of the sports performance market and technology trends.
  • Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Be able to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
