About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our residential sales team at Brown & Merry. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including leading and motivating a team of sales agents, setting and achieving sales targets, and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets
- Set and achieve sales targets, and foster a culture of excellence in customer service
- Actively involved in listing properties and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the real estate industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Exceptional customer care/service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hold a Full UK driving license
