Job Overview

Luton Bennett is a leading name within the beverage industry, seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer with an electrical bias to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a process-driven individual to contribute to the company's growth plans.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing processes and implementing preventative maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of improvement projects, including capital investments
  • Implementation of methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, Total Productive Maintenance, and Reliability-Centred Maintenance
  • Identification and planning of improvement initiatives
  • Production of CAPEX approval requests where necessary
  • Review of maintenance processes

Requirements:

  • Electrically biased engineer with a HNC (or equivalent)
  • Experience in a process environment - manufacturing or similar
  • Understanding of lean methodology
  • Analytical skills to drive engineering solutions
