About the Role:

The Housekeeping Assistant will provide exceptional cleaning services to students, staff, and visitors at Brasenose College. This is a part-time permanent position, requiring 20 hours of work per week.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning residential areas, including student rooms, teaching rooms, and guest rooms.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in designated work areas.
  • Sanitizing facilities, including bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Ensuring adequate supplies of toiletries and linens for guests and residents.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or damage to property.


Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and cover absences of colleagues.
  • Possession of essential physical qualities, including strength and mobility.
  • Experience in paid cleaning work, preferably in a similar environment.
