Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team in Blackwood. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating injection moulding machinery and ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently and safely.

About the Role:

You will be working as part of a collaborative team, operating injection moulding machines, conducting maintenance checks, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate injection moulding machines to produce high-quality products
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and improve overall efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and productivity

Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in injection moulding or blow moulding operations
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail
