About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our successful team at Ernest And Florent LTD. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in the delivery of our fit out projects, working closely with our commercial director and junior quantity surveyors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-construction, tendering, and delivery of fit out projects
  • Contractual and payment knowledge to support project delivery
  • Leading and supporting junior quantity surveyors
  • Working on projects within the retail and leisure sectors, with contracts ranging from £350K to £5M
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in quantity surveying and commercial management
  • Experience with various contracts, including JCT, D&B, and NEC
  • Experience with fit out projects, particularly in the retail and leisure sectors
  • Ideal experience in supporting and managing younger colleagues
