Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our successful team in the midlands. Based a short drive from Birmingham, this role will offer hybrid working and the opportunity to work on exciting projects in the retail and leisure sectors.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, with experience working on contracts ranging from £350K to £5M. They will be responsible for leading and supporting junior Quantity Surveyors, as well as dealing with pre-construction, tendering, and delivery.

We are looking for someone with a strong contractual and payment knowledge, who is able to work effectively in a team and support the commercial director. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the fit-out sector and be able to manage and support younger colleagues.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £80,000, a bonus scheme, travel paid for, and a range of other benefits. We are a positive and supportive company culture, with opportunities for growth and development.
