Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our successful team in the midlands. Based a short drive from Birmingham, this role will offer hybrid working to the successful candidate.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading and supporting Junior Quantity Surveyors, as well as dealing with Pre-Construction, tendering and delivery. Strong contractual and payment knowledge is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management position, with experience working with a variety of contracts (JCT, D&B, NEC) and Fit Out projects. Experience supporting and managing younger colleagues is also desirable.

In return, the successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £70,000 - £80,000, a bonus scheme, travel paid for, and a range of other benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Junior Quantity Surveyors

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management position
