Receptionist Part Time

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will work 4.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 1pm, in our Glasgow city centre office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. They will be responsible for warmly welcoming visitors, managing the phone system, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for visitors and clients
- Managing phone calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department or person
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars using software or appointment systems
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, including receiving and sorting mail and deliveries
- Inputting data into databases, maintaining accurate records, and updating contact information
- Handling basic filing and organizing documents, including client records
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A professional and friendly demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven IT literacy skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong organizational and time management skills
