Receptionist

This part-time Receptionist position is an excellent opportunity to join the HC-One Care Home team as the friendly face of our care home. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors, including new enquirers, friends and family members of residents, health & social care professionals, and members of the local community.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing advice and support both face-to-face and over the telephone. Your excellent customer service skills and professional manner will ensure that our residents and their families feel welcome and supported.
Key Responsibilities- Deal with all types of enquiries and provide advice and support to visitors
- Work closely with the Home Manager and Administrator to maintain accurate filing and complete daily and weekly tasks
- Use your initiative to ensure that daily and weekly tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors
