Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Data Analyst will be responsible for the clinical coding of relevant information into patients' electronic healthcare records using EMIS software. They will also be responsible for scanning and filing clinical letters, identifying relevant clinical information, and coding accordingly.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the practice's coding policy and will be able to summarise medical records accurately. They will also be able to input and extract data as required to support practice reports.
