About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication management.
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.


Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £12.50 - £13 per hour, paid annual leave, maternity/paternity leave, pension scheme, refer a friend scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, and enhanced DBS check. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a caring and compassionate approach to working with others. You will also need to have a strong understanding of the principles of person-centered care and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
