Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, their families, and other professionals to ensure a joined-up service.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a range of activities, including education, leisure, and personal development programs.
- Support children in their daily routines, including meals, personal care, and sleep.
- Engage in regular supervision, training, and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- NQF Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Experience of working with children and families in a residential setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
