About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Nurse to join our Consultant Led Paediatric Dental Service based at Highlands Health Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting dental clinicians in providing high-quality dental treatment to paediatric patients who require specialist care.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting dental clinicians with complex dental treatments
  • Supporting patients and their families throughout the treatment process
  • Ensuring infection prevention and control measures are followed
  • Utilizing skills in dental radiography and sedation nursing as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Level 3 NEBDN qualification
  • Registration on the Dental Nurse National Register
  • Knowledge of dental procedures and administration procedures
  • Previous experience working in a dental surgery
