Job Title: Care Assistant

 

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients.

 

Job Description:

 

Our client works in the creative industries and requires assistance with personal care, medication administration, domestic tasks, and food preparation. You will be required to support this client at home, at work, while travelling, and out and about socialising.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to our client, including assistance with daily living tasks
  • Administer medication and manage care plans
  • Support our client with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Prepare meals and snacks for our client
  • Accompany our client on outings and provide support as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably with individuals with neuro-muscular conditions
  • Ability to administer medication and manage care plans
  • Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
