Our people are the key to the success of the group and help us to ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do. As a Breakfast Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food service and contributing to the warmest of welcomes for our guests.

We are currently recruiting a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious breakfast dishes, ensuring high-quality presentation and attention to detail.

• You will work closely with our kitchen team to deliver exceptional food service, taking full responsibility for your section before, during and after service.
• Ensure the safety, security and appropriate storage, labelling and dating of all food stock following relevant legislation and company policy.

As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent communication, time-keeping and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience in a similar position, with a genuine commitment and passion for food, training and quality service. You should also be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety procedures.

We offer a competitive salary package, including £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy benefits such as 28 days annual leave, 50% off food in any of our inns, and employee assistance programmes.
