  • Project Delivery: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, meeting client expectations and company requirements.
  • Procurement: Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for project delivery.
  • Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with project plans, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Water industry, with a proven track record of delivering projects in a construction and engineering environment.
  • Qualifications: Recognized practical qualifications (HND/Degree/Apprenticeship) and certificates (IOSH, CSCS Card, DOMS/National Water Hygiene etc).
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams.
  • Technical Skills: Experience working with materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, and ductile iron pipework, and a thorough understanding of all relevant H&S regulations and risk assessments.

  • Competitive Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 (DOE)
