Macmillan Davies is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing high-volume ER casework, ensuring the fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner
  • Provide guidance and advice to managers on HR and ER matters
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Foster a positive and productive workplace environment

Requirements

  • Experience in employee relations or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Environment

This role will be based at a flagship distribution site, working closely with the HR Business Partner and other members of the HR team. Previous experience in a comparable logistics or distribution environment would be beneficial.
