Job Summary

As a Clinical Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals with disabilities to determine their eligibility for government benefits. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct face-to-face and virtual assessments of individuals with disabilities
  • Gather and analyze information to determine eligibility for government benefits
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to help individuals achieve their goals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments and support plans
  • Collaborate with our clients and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A relevant healthcare qualification (e.g. nurse, physiotherapist, occupational therapist)
  • At least 1 year of post-qualification experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
