We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Assistant to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, supporting them to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with medication and provide emotional support
- Help with practical tasks such as shopping and mealtimes
- Work closely with our care teams to develop and implement individual care plans
