About the Role

You will be responsible for leading site meetings, conducting risk assessments, and developing effective CDM strategies. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on prestigious contracts within Heritage, with a focus on making a significant impact in your community while engaging in various stimulating projects.

Requirements
  • NEBOSH Construction qualification (required).
  • Tech IOSH certification (minimum).
  • APS membership (required).
  • Degree-level qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or Surveying (preferred).
  • At least 4 years of experience in CDM roles.
