About the Role

A dynamic and challenging senior administrative support role is available to support the Divisional Directors at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the Divisional Directors' calendars, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Take accurate and comprehensive minutes of key meetings, including Division Board meetings, and distribute to relevant parties.
  • Liaise with Senior Executive Directors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Organize and complete expenses on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Produce high-quality letters and documents as required, maintaining the company's professional image.
  • Identify and anticipate priorities, finding ways to add value and support the Divisional Directors.
  • Follow up on requests for information, outstanding reports, and correspondence, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide administrative support across a variety of tasks and projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
  • Experience in directly supporting multiple Senior Directors or Executives, including diary coordination, minute taking, and associate actions.
  • Highly organized with a structured and timely approach to work, able to work outside of routine and think on your feet.
  • Strong IT skills, including all Microsoft packages, with the ability to take minutes and actions in meetings.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and ambitious business environment, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
