Dementia Care Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Registered Psychiatric Nurse to join our Older Persons Mental Health assessment ward at Angelton Clinic. We provide care for patients with complex mental health illnesses, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and dementia.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to working with people with complex mental health needs. You will be responsible for assessing and managing the care of our patients, working effectively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.
The salary for this role is approximately £33,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and wish to make a difference in the lives of older adults, we would love to hear from you.
