  1. Carry out servicing of heat interface units and fan coil units across a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
  2. Ensure properties have correct heating, ventilation, air cooling, and water temperatures all year round.
  3. Perform repairs identified during servicing, including removal/replacement of pumps, valves, and actuators, plus bleeding systems.
  4. Update and log all results within 24 hours of servicing completion and advise sites when updates are complete.
  5. Log and report all defects and repairs required back to the electrical supervisor.
  6. Carry out general plumbing repairs.
  7. Update management to maintain adequate stocks of materials and identify requirements for critical spares.
  8. Deliver a first-class service to customers and clients.
  9. Perform duties in accordance with departmental health and safety policies and procedures.
  10. Carry out any other duties that may be required.

Requirements:

  1. Plumbing or HVAC qualifications.
  2. Proven experience in the plumbing or HVAC industry.
  3. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  4. Ability to use initiative.
  5. Ability to work under pressure.
  6. Experience in undertaking maintenance activities within a complex multi-building environment.
  7. Understanding of good customer care.
  8. Experience working in a residential environment.
