Job Title: Mobile Plumber Required for Central London

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Plumber to join our team in Central London. As a self-employed individual, you will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of high-end residential complex sites across the area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure Reactive works are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Perform Basin & Tap Changes, as well as General Building Service Maintenance and Minor Fabric Works Fixing Broken Doors/Locks etc.
  • Maintain full compliance with Health and Safety regulations
  • Provide a positive working environment
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in reactive plumbing maintenance
  • NVQ level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent (level 2 considered with relevant experience)
  • Full UK driving license and familiarity with navigating Central London
  • Good IT skills and proficiency using a PDA/mobile device
  • Clear DBS
Package:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £225 per day, dependent on experience, plus uncapped earnings and comprehensive initial training program.

Other benefits include free uniform and out-of-hours call-outs at a rate of £70 per hour for the first hour and £45 per hour thereafter.
