Key Responsibilities:
  • Tuition Sessions: Provide personalized Maths and English tuition to students with SEN/SEMH needs, either in-person or online.
  • Resource Development: Create tailored lesson plans and materials to meet each student's unique requirements.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Hold QTS, be a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, or possess SEN/SEMH experience.
  • Communication Skills: Build strong relationships with students and their families through effective communication and empathy.
