About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team as an Associate Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert quantity surveying services across a diverse range of sectors, managing projects from inception to completion, and acting as an Employer's Agent, liaising between clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert quantity surveying services across multiple sectors
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Act as an Employer's Agent, liaising between clients and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Oversee commercial management aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in multiple sectors, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience as an Employer's Agent, with a deep understanding of the construction industry and its complexities
  • Solid background in commercial management, with a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • RICS qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable
