About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to work with secondary schools in Liverpool as an Unqualified Teacher / Cover Supervisor. This role requires a flexible and proactive person who can effectively manage classroom environments and provide educational support.

Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • To maintain a positive and productive learning environment, ensuring students stay on task and engage with educational activities.
    • To support teachers by preparing materials, grading assignments, and providing feedback.
    • To cover lessons when teachers are absent, using resources and lesson plans to ensure continuity of education.
  • Requirements:
    • A level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in education or a related field.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
    • The ability to think critically and make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Benefits:
    • A competitive salary of up to £550 per week, estimated to be around £32,600 per annum based on a 40-hour working week.
    • Full-time and part-time options available, Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling to suit your needs.
